The Greeks built large and marble temples for gods and goddesses. Built bad homes because they weren't interested in large homes. Houses were usually built out of wood, stone ,and clay bricks. Better houses had an open court called a pertstillum. Used there ideas to bulid majestic building such as temples, baths ,and the agora.
